The Call Center Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $18 and $19/hr. Prior call center experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries, account information, and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company updates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
