Are you an experienced tax professional with a passion for estate and gift tax return preparation? Our confidential client is seeking a dedicated Tax Specialist to join their team and support their continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex estate and gift tax returns (Form 706, Form 709).
- Provide expert advice and consultation on estate and gift tax matters.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Stay current with changes in tax legislation and regulations.
- Assist in tax planning and strategy development for high-net-worth clients.
- Mentor and guide junior tax staff on estate and gift tax return preparation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and gift tax return preparation.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to estate and gift taxes.
- Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly and effectively.
- Preference for experienced paralegals, attorneys, LLMs, and/or CPAs.
