LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Private Credit Legal Executive Assistant to support our confidential client's legal team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in private credit and legal administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes and providing high-level administrative support to executives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and executives with the preparation, review, and management of private credit legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support private credit transactions and compliance.
- Maintain and organize legal records, including contracts, agreements, and other critical documents.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys and executives.
- Prepare and format legal correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and external parties to facilitate private credit legal processes.
- Support the due diligence process for private credit transactions, including data collection and document review.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with private credit regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory documents with government agencies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and office organization.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a private credit or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of private credit legal processes and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Familiarity with private credit regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
