LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company based in Chester, PA. We are seeking a temporary part time Accounts Receivable clerk. Position: Part-Time Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: 3 months (potential for extension)
Compensation: $20-22/hr.
Schedule: In-office, 3-4 days a week, 4+ hours a day.
Reason for Opening: Business growth necessitates additional support to balance the workload.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications:
- Apply customer payments to invoices in the accounting system (check, ACH, credit card, etc.)
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash issues
- Communicate with customers or internal departments to verify payment details
- Assist in generating and sending customer statements or payment reminders
- Support the accounting team with basic data entry and reporting tasks
