LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company based in Chester, PA. We are seeking a temporary part time Accounts Receivable clerk. Position: Part-Time Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist


Start Date: ASAP


Length of Assignment: 3 months (potential for extension)


Compensation: $20-22/hr.


Schedule: In-office, 3-4 days a week, 4+ hours a day.


Reason for Opening: Business growth necessitates additional support to balance the workload.

  • Experience posting payments to CRM systems

Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Duties:


  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records

Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications:


  • Apply customer payments to invoices in the accounting system (check, ACH, credit card, etc.)
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash issues
  • Communicate with customers or internal departments to verify payment details
  • Assist in generating and sending customer statements or payment reminders
  • Support the accounting team with basic data entry and reporting tasks
