LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well‑established organization in Charlotte, NC to hire a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a fully onsite role with a collaborative, close‑knit accounting team. This company highly values professionalism, teamwork, and maintaining a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

· GL maintenance and review; monthly journal entries

· Tracking fixed assets

· Depreciation, additions/disposals

· Supporting process improvements

· Managing rent schedules and lease updates

· Assisting with monthly financial reporting

· Month‑end and year‑end close participation

· Cross‑functional communication with internal teams

· Ad‑hoc support for Accounting Manager and leadership

Required Qualifications

· 4-6 years of professional accounting experience

· Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

· Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday

· Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset

Schedule and Compensation:

· Fully onsite; Monday – Friday

· $80,000 - $90,000 with a bonus
