Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking for a stable, long-term position. This direct hire opportunity pays $55k-$60k and offers 100% paid medical benefits!
Key Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices to ensure proper authorization and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate accounts payable records.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.
Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reconciliations.
Support the AP team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
Strong understanding of three-way matching and AP best practices.
Proficiency with ERP accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
