Job Description:

LHH is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join one of our clients in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.

  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.

  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to provide seamless customer support.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

    • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.



Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
