About the Role

We’re seeking a Spanish-English bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to assist in full recruitment cycle and contribute to broader HR functions like training and safety.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles including customer service, engineering, and production

  • Partner with hiring managers and staffing agencies to source top talent

  • Support HR initiatives such as training and safety programs

  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies

  • Assist with onboarding, employee engagement, and HR events


Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 2 years of HR or recruiting experience required

  • Experience recruiting across manufacturing roles

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, HRCI, etc.) – Preferred
