About the Role
We’re seeking a Spanish-English bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to assist in full recruitment cycle and contribute to broader HR functions like training and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles including customer service, engineering, and production
Partner with hiring managers and staffing agencies to source top talent
Support HR initiatives such as training and safety programs
Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Assist with onboarding, employee engagement, and HR events
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 2 years of HR or recruiting experience required
Experience recruiting across manufacturing roles
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, HRCI, etc.) – Preferred
