LHH Recruitment is working with an automotive company in Albuquerque. This company is in search of a temporary data entry clerk to join their team for three months. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
This contract position will involve handling and entering critical vehicle title data accurately and efficiently. If you have experience working with auto titles or have a strong attention to detail, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and enter vehicle title data into company systems
Verify title information for accuracy and completeness
Review and update title documentation as needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper title documentation is collected and processed
Ensure all data entered is in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection protocols
Assist in resolving any issues related to title discrepancies or missing information
Perform other administrative duties related to title processing as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience with auto title processing, vehicle registration, or similar administrative tasks preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
Familiarity with title and registration documents is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other data management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
