What You Will Do


  • Prepare comprehensive legal documents for setting up sites for plot sales effectively.
  • Manage complex development matters such as road and sewer agreements and service easements.
  • Supervise, support, and guide a team of conveyancers on various transactions daily.
  • Assist in resolving challenges during plot sales and part-exchange transactions smoothly.
  • Conduct training sessions for conveyancers on title checks and deed variations.

Your Skills


  • Hold a Level 3 ILEX qualification or an equivalent, showcasing your legal expertise.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in commercial or residential conveyancing practices.
  • Proven ability to manage site setups and handle development and infrastructure work.
  • Display strong organizational skills and experience in a dynamic office environment.
  • Possess excellent social, communication skills with a confident telephone presence.
