A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Residential Property team in Taunton. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-value residential property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, and private client support.
The Role
Manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice to high net worth clients
Handle residential property matters, often involving country property, new builds, listed buildings, and unregistered land
Deliver lease extension and enfranchisement advice
Collaborate across planning, estate planning, and litigation teams to provide integrated solutions
Support business development initiatives and ensure compliance with firm policies
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, CILEX lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
Minimum three years' experience in residential property, including leasehold and freehold enfranchisement
Experience with high net worth clients and complex property transactions
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent client communication
