Regulatory Accountant - Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Accountant to join our finance function and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, complex environment and enjoys working collaboratively with business teams to uphold strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full range of accounting activities including journal entries, bank and cash postings, intercompany recharges, and month‑end close tasks
• Perform general ledger and sub‑ledger reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and detailed account analysis
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records covering assets, liabilities, and transactions within ERP systems (Oracle experience advantageous)
• Prepare monthly and quarterly regulatory submissions, including income tax accruals and VAT returns
• Provide prompt, accurate responses to information requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure that all reporting meets internal control standards and complies with relevant accounting policies

Requirements

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with at least 2-3 year's experience in finance or Record‑to‑Report roles
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build effective working relationships across the organisation
• Solid understanding of IFRS or US GAAP, and experience operating within a controlled financial environment
• Proven ability to interpret and manage large volumes of financial information
• Experience working in a complex accounting or regulatory reporting environment
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems preferred
