Their Commercial Litigation team is recognised for its expertise in navigating complex, high-value commercial disputes while collaborating across various practise areas to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join this dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to engage in a wide array of contentious matters while advancing your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on various commercial disputes, such as contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, and insolvency-related issues.
- Manage your own caseload, while also supporting partners with more complex or high-value litigation.
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and evidence for court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
- Engage in client relationship management and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally from a well-regarded firm.
- Strong technical skills paired with commercial awareness and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality legal work.
