Interim Senior Finance Business Partner - £500 per day (Reading)
Location: Reading Contract Type: Interim (6 month contract) Day Rate: £500-550.00 per day
Are you an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner with a proven track record of driving strategic financial decision-making in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to join our client's team based in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact on the organisation's financial strategy while working within a collaborative and high-performing UK and Ireland team. Occasional travel will be required to regional locations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and strategic advice.
- Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare financial analysis and performance reports to support decision-making at an executive level.
- Provide recommendations for cost control, process improvements, and financial efficiency.
- Ensure financial performance aligns with business goals, and deliver accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Support with ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, with a solid understanding of commercial finance and strategic financial management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of accuracy.
- Previous experience in an interim or contract finance role is highly desirable.
