Job Title: Senior Employment Solicitor Location: Reading/ Southampton Term: Permanent PQE: 5 years +
Are you a passionate and experienced Employment Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a dynamic and people-centric law firm, is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join their ambitious employment team, which serves a diverse portfolio of high-calibre clients across sectors including logistics, mobility, technology/AI, energy & infrastructure, living, and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage deeply in the development and management of key client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers, fostering their professional growth.
- Participate in and occasionally take ownership of client and business development activities.
- Provide pragmatic and timely legal advice on a broad spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Collaborate with a national network of employment, immigration, and pension lawyers to enhance your skills and expand your professional network.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law, with a preference for those who have handled complex employment litigation or senior-level corporate support work. You should thrive in an open and supportive culture, contributing positively to the team's dynamic.
