What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and supporting Case Administrators, ensuring smooth case progression;
- Attending meetings with Directors and key stakeholders, both internally and externally;
- Collaborating with Insolvency Practitioners to develop and implement case strategies;
- Reviewing and improving casework prepared by junior team members;
- Managing cases involving assets and complex financial matters;
- Ensuring all documentation meets statutory requirements;
- Conducting site visits and handling related matters;
- Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements;
- Providing training and mentorship to Case Administrators;
- Supporting business development efforts, including attending networking events;
- Continuously working to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
