Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise audit engagements, offering guidance and support to junior team members throughout the process.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients and managers during audits, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Prepare audit files in line with the firm's audit methodology, ready for managerial review.
• Take ownership of complex technical work, playing a hands-on role in delivering high-quality service to clients.
• Deliver exceptional client service with confidence, applying commercial awareness and initiative when addressing technical challenges.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) or working towards it.
• Proficient in audit, accounting, and tax software.
• Full, clean driver's license.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and teams.
