Are you a commercially minded Legal Counsel looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading professional services company, is seeking a talented In-House Commercial Contracts Solicitor (2 - 5 plus years experience) to join their dynamic in-house legal team.
The Role:
As Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial agreements, including Terms of Business, Tender and Supplier Contracts, IT Contracts & SaaS Agreements and Soft Intellectual Property (IP). Working closely with key stakeholders, you will support the business with risk management, contract negotiations, and strategic decision-making.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) - with two to five years experience (pre-qualification experience will be considered)
- Strong experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts.
- Experience within Intellectual Property would be advantageous.
- Ideally have an In-House background (PP candidates will be considered)
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Be a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
What's on Offer?
- Base Salary: £65,000 - £82,000 per annum (DOE)
- Good Bonus & Excellent Benefits Package
- Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week in the Milton Keynes office (to be discussed)
