Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a rapid diagnostic of the current billing process and identify risk exposure.
- Prioritize and reduce the existing billing backlog.
- Standardize contract interpretation and enhance invoice controls.
- Implement practical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and establish review checkpoints.
- Create a predictable billing cadence to minimize disruptions.
- Reduce rework and address dispute drivers effectively.
- Strengthen team performance through clear accountability and support.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in complex project billing
- Expertise: Deep understanding of contract-based billing and various contract structures (hybrid milestone, FFS, T&M, etc.).
- ERP Proficiency: Fluency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Stability Under Pressure: Proven track record of stabilizing billing operations in high-pressure situations.
- Hands-On: You should be structured, decisive, and ready to get things done.
