Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Inspire and manage the compliance operations team, ensuring seamless execution of compliance activities across the organisation.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to strengthen compliance measures.
Data Led Reporting & Documentation:
- Regularly report to senior management on compliance statistics, key risks, and progress on corrective actions.
- Analyse compliance outcomes, customer metrics, service performance data, and operational KPIs to provide insightful reports that drive improvements.
- Ensure thorough documentation of compliance efforts, including procedures, processes, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.
Technology and Tools:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of customer service technology platforms such as CRM systems and support ticketing systems.
- Utilise data and reporting tools to monitor team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Training & Awareness:
- Develop and deliver engaging training programmes for operational employees to ensure adherence to compliance processes.
- Foster a strong culture of compliance throughout the organisation, promoting awareness and best practises at all levels.

Proven experience in a compliance leadership role within a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex information to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
