Are you a passionate and experienced solicitor ready to take on new challenges? Our client, a vibrant law firm dedicated to helping you achieve your goals in business and life, is seeking a Property Litigation Locum to join their dynamic team Leeds.

The Role:

As a Property Litigation Locum, you will play a crucial role in our client's esteemed Property Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and progressive environment where your contributions will make a significant impact. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse Landlord and Tenant portfolio: lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, and break notices
• Handling mortgage repossessions with expertise
• Advising on Option agreements, easements, and restrictive covenants
• Assisting residential developer clients with land purchase and vacant possession strategies
• Building and nurturing client relationships while running a varied caseload
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members to foster their development

What They Are Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE in property litigation, particularly with commercial clients
• Experience dealing with various landlord and tenant issues
• Exceptional client service skills and a strong desire to help others
• A proactive approach, able to handle a busy caseload immediately
• Motivation, teamwork, and a commercially minded attitude
• The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

Flexible Working:

This position is based in Leeds, with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
