We're working with a prestigious Top 10 accountancy firm in Leeds that is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their expanding team.


This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead on audit assignments, work with a diverse and high-calibre client base, and grow within a firm that truly values career development and internal progression.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Take the lead on audit assignments, overseeing the work of junior team members and providing coaching, support, and direction as needed.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and senior management, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination throughout the audit process.
  • Prepare audit documentation in accordance with the firm's methodology and quality standards, ensuring readiness for managerial review.
  • Handle complex technical areas with confidence, contributing directly to the successful delivery of audit services.
  • Consistently provide a high level of client service, demonstrating strong commercial insight and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.

Requirements:


  • ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in audit, accounting, and tax software.
  • Full, clean driver's license.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and teams.
