We are seeking an HR Manager who will enable this vision by leading the delivery of a high-quality operational HR and recruitment service that supports the organisation in achieving its strategic and operational goals.


Within the role you'll collaborate with the Head of HR and managers across the organisation, working to ensure effective people management and business delivery, contributing to organisational success. You will have the opportunity to develop and lead strategic HR initiatives and projects that add measurable value to the organisation.


As an experienced HR professional, you'll bring experience of leading a team delivering HR Advisory services, strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations and people-related risk management. This will be underpinned with a collaborative approach and an ability to engage colleagues, ensuring operational HR effectiveness.
