They are seeking a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of PQE experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and projects.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Experience in Corporate Law and M&A Deals.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
