Key details of the role:
This position is suitable for a qualified and senior member of the Legal, Company Secretarial team. You will be based in Dublin in a client facing role, and will act as the main point of contact to key clients for a portfolio of regulated funds and companies. You will also be involved in internal on-going company projects.
- Diarising board calendars and sending invitations with the Board of Directors
- Co-ordinate and design board meeting agendas including regulatory requirements
- Collate board packs for circulation accordance with an agreed timeline
- Attend board meetings, taking detailed board minutes for action and circulation
- Arrange board meeting logistics
- Prepare and submit annual returns and filings to the Companies Registration Office and filings with the Central Bank of Ireland as applicable
- Effectively managing relationships with stakeholders
- Control and manage the application of internal policies and procedures
- Maintain statutory books and records
- Manage the day-to-day workload of the junior team members including training and development.
- Delegate and work review work as appropriate
Skills required:
- Qualified Funds Company Secretary professional with regulated experience
- 5+ years' experience is desirable
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and corporate governance requirements for regulated entities
- Experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders
- The candidate should have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Be a multi-tasker in a fast paced environment
- MS Office suite
