Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Our client is seeking a dynamic Reward Vice President to be a key player in the Horizon project. This is your chance to make a significant impact on our global HR transformation journey. 🌍✨


What You'll Do:


  • Provide expert guidance on EMEA country Material Risk Taker management and deferrals.
  • Contribute to a global deferrals design and implementation project.
  • Conduct insightful analyses on remuneration proposals.
  • Prepare impactful papers for the Remuneration Committee.
  • Support the annual compensation review and manage Executive Compensation across EMEA.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, ensuring smooth operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Executive Compensation: Review compensation structures for senior executives and contribute to global projects.
  • Governance: Assist in preparing papers for governance committees and track action items.
  • Regulations: Manage compliance for Material Risk Takers, ensuring documentation is thorough and clear.
  • Policy Development: Participate in policy reviews, new implementations, and significant project changes.
  • Operational Support: Aid in year-end compensation reviews, audits, and governance meeting preparations.

Who You Are:


  • Knowledgeable about the regulatory environment affecting Material Risk Takers in the UK and Europe.
  • An excellent communicator, able to convey complex data simply and effectively.
  • Highly numerical and analytical with a keen eye for detail.
  • organised, with strong planning skills to juggle competing priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel and have relevant experience as a Compensation Manager.
  • A degree is preferred, and a CIPD qualification is a plus.
