My client a global banking organisation are currently seeking a Total Reward Manager to join the busy team. In this position you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with senior management on reward strategy / policy improvements
- Ensure the reward framework continues to support EVP, closely monitoring outcomes and making recommendations
- Train & coach internal HR team in particular around technical reward practices
- Collaborate with external vendors
- Remain updated on emerging trends / legal changes
- Support the rollout of cyclic Reward & Performance process
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience of benefits programmes
- Participate in the salary review process.
- Job analysis within the organisation to determine job responsibilities, current pay, and related market pay.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable knowledge/skills of Total Reward and Performance Management processes and systems within large organisation environment
- Sound analytical and quantitative skills working successfully with and managing large datasets
- Experience gained within a highly regulated environment
