My client a global banking organisation are currently seeking a Total Reward Manager to join the busy team. In this position you will be responsible for:


  • Collaborating with senior management on reward strategy / policy improvements
  • Ensure the reward framework continues to support EVP, closely monitoring outcomes and making recommendations
  • Train & coach internal HR team in particular around technical reward practices
  • Collaborate with external vendors
  • Remain updated on emerging trends / legal changes
  • Support the rollout of cyclic Reward & Performance process
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of benefits programmes
  • Participate in the salary review process.
  • Job analysis within the organisation to determine job responsibilities, current pay, and related market pay.

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Demonstrable knowledge/skills of Total Reward and Performance Management processes and systems within large organisation environment
  • Sound analytical and quantitative skills working successfully with and managing large datasets
  • Experience gained within a highly regulated environment
