Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Oversight
- Supervise and manage Case Administrators.
- Oversee all aspects of multiple administrations.
- Ensure cases progress in a timely and compliant manner.
- Manage cases involving assets or complex issues.
- Review and refine case work prepared by Case Administrators.
- Assist Insolvency Practitioners with case progression and compliance matters.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Attend meetings with Directors and key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Work closely with Insolvency Practitioners to develop and implement case strategies.
- Conduct site visits and manage associated responsibilities.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Review and prepare documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain ethical, transparent, and professional conduct in all interactions.
Team Support & Development
- Delegate tasks effectively to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Assist Case Administrators with workload management and case progression.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to Case Administrators.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
Business Development
- Contribute to business growth by participating in networking events.
In this role, you will bring:
- Experience as a Case Manager or a senior administrator looking to step into a managerial role
- Experience must have been within the UK
- Strong desire to progress both themselves alongside the growth of the business
