Are you an early career HR talent ready to make an impact? We are excited to offer a fixed-term opportunity for a dynamic HR Administrator to join our client, a global financial services organisation, for a 6-month full-time contract. This has the potential to be extended or go permanent.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Be the first point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive experience and timely communication. 🀝
  • Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding, transfers, and off-boarding.
  • Manage family leave and other leave administration, including occupational health referrals.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations to resolve employee queries.
  • Support employee relations by preparing correspondence and drafting settlement agreements.
  • Assist in international relocations, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity in our Workday system and support data entry and auditing. πŸ“Š

Process Improvement:


  • Analyse employee data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Recommend solutions to streamline processes, focusing on automation and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of EMEA HR policies and procedures.
  • Foster strong relationships across teams to share knowledge and best practises.

Experience & Skills:


  • Confident at dealing with hands-on HR process management experience.
  • Proficient with HR Information Systems (preferably Workday)
  • Experience in working in a similar financial institution - Private Equity, Asset management, Hedge funds etc)
  • Knowledge of EMEA employment laws
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. πŸ“
