A Conveyancer is required to support a busy Residential Property team and manage a caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently from instruction through to completion.


The role involves handling a varied caseload of residential sale, purchase, transfer of equity and remortgage files. Experience with new build and leasehold transactions is desirable. A minimum of two years' experience running files to completion is required.

Key Responsibilities


Managing a personal caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties
Contributing to team performance to support the achievement of business targets
Supporting marketing and business development activity when required
