Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE)
Location: M4 Corridor - South Wales & South West (hybrid working)
Salary: NQ - £35,000 | 4 PQE - up to £50,000
Working pattern: Full time, hybrid working with a mandatory minimum of 2 days per week in the office
The Role
A well-established commercial law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its property team. The role offers exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload, acting for a broad client base across commercial sectors.
You will manage matters from instruction through to completion and work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of commercial property matters, with appropriate supervision depending on experience
Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related documentation
Handling landlord and tenant matters
Supporting development and investment property work
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE)
Experience in commercial property matters gained during training or post-qualification
Strong drafting and technical skills
Ability to manage files efficiently and meet deadlines
Commercial awareness and a practical approach
