Salary: £55,000-£80,000 DOE

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate to join a top 80 UK law firm with offices in Bristol and Bath. This leading practice is recognised for its collaborative culture, high-quality client work, and commitment to professional development.
The successful candidate will join a well-established Real Estate team, providing transactional commercial property services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Work will include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and property finance, supporting clients across a range of sectors.
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior associates on complex transactions while maintaining autonomy in handling your own caseload. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to build and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
2-8 years' PQE in commercial property law, ideally gained at a leading regional or national firm
Experience advising on a broad range of transactional real estate matters
Excellent communication and client management skills
A proactive, team-focused approach and strong attention to detail
