Legal Counsel - 12 Month FTC.

We are currently working with an international organisation who are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a unique opportunity for a litigation professional to step into an in-house role and provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of contentious matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and resolving commercial disputes, including contract, regulatory, and professional liability matters.
• Supporting internal stakeholders with pre-litigation risk assessment and dispute resolution.
• Providing commercially focused legal advice in a fast-paced corporate environment.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor, from NQ onwards providing a seat undertaken in commercial litigation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider legal and business teams.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable in-house experience within a global organisation. The business operates a hybrid working policy, with 3 days per week required on-site in Birmingham. There is a high possibility that this role will become permanent.
