We are seeking a technically strong and commercially minded Corporate Associate to join our clients dynamic corporate team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work. You will support a varied client base, from FTSE 100 companies to high-growth businesses, allowing you to engage with high-quality work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About the Team:
The corporate team is recognised as one of the top practises in the South East, featuring a robust group of eleven partners and a total of 40 professionals, including two dedicated knowledge lawyers. Our commitment to intelligent growth ensures that we are continually evolving, and we welcome applications from ambitious lawyers eager to contribute to our success.
Our clients practise covers a wide array of corporate transactional and advisory matters, including:
- Private M&A (buy side and sell side)
- Private equity, focusing on management advisory and portfolio work
- Venture capital and equity fundraisings
- Shareholders' agreements and corporate joint ventures
- Corporate rationalisations and reorganisations
- General corporate advisory and partnership law
- Inward investment and cross-border transactions
- Share incentives, in collaboration with our esteemed employment and tax teams
