Our client, a leading Top 100 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join their Commercial Property team in Swindon or Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in real estate to contribute to the growth and development of the department while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective and efficient work on your own matters, ensuring profitability and appropriate resourcing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers by consistently exceeding service expectations, while supporting partners in managing larger key clients.
- Establish clear agreements on services provided to clients, including transparent charging and pricing structures.
- Provide solid legal advice backed by market and sector knowledge.
- Make informed decisions on client matters with minimal supervision, referring to partners for complex or unfamiliar issues.
- Develop your profile as a recognised expert in the field.
- Contribute ideas to the departmental business plan and demonstrate success in new business development activities.
- Expand your network of clients and referrers, supporting partners in targeting new business opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively within the team, including supervising and mentoring junior members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years of PQE.
- Previous experience in a Real Estate team, with a focus on commercial property matters.
- Proven client management skills, emphasising excellent service delivery.
- Active involvement in business development activities with a track record of winning new business.
