Job Title: Corporate Commercial Solicitor
Location: Street, Somerset
Contract Details: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts
- Advising on company reorganisations, refinancings, and acquisitions
- Collaborating with senior partners to manage client relationships and drive business development
- Assisting with dispute resolution as it pertains to corporate and commercial matters
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal trends and best practises
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proactive and solution-focused, with a passion for business development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and related transactions
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance issues
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
