Transactional Finance Manager - Housing

LHH are delighted to be supporting a Housing client based in Kent to recruit for an interim Senior Transactions Manager. This hands-on finance position will initially be for 3 months to assist with a reconciliation project.

2 days a week are required on site in the Kent office

Responsibilities include:

🟣 Dealing with interest payments.

🟣 Processing bank transactions accurately.

🟣 Overseeing the purchase ledger.

🟣 Managing rent accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

🟣 Reconciling rent accounts and investigating any discrepancies effectively.

🟣 Utilising the finance system to monitor monthly and weekly debit runs.

🟣 Prepare and submit rent reports to senior management in a timely manner.

🟣 Assist with budget preparation and forecasting related to rent income and expenditure.

🟣 Assist with the compilation of annual service charge and sinking fund.

🟣 Collaborate with other departments to resolve tenant account queries.

🟣 Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and organisational policies.

🟣 Support the Finance team with ad- hoc duties including all transaction services as required.
