One of our clients, an established and growing player in the tech and services sector, is currently looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Professional to strengthen their team in Luxembourg. This role offers a great opportunity to develop within a commercial environment and contribute directly to the company’s customer success strategy.


This is a temporary apportunity.

Your Responsabilities:



  • Account management: Oversee the commercial and administrative follow-up of a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Licensing and renewals: Proactively contact customers to manage ongoing licenses, renewals, and maintenance contracts. Enter and track requests in CRM systems (e.g., Business Central)
  • Client support: Respond to customer questions regarding licenses, software usage, and renewals; ensure follow-up and clear communication
  • Order & billing processes: Manage end-to-end order processing, including quote preparation, invoicing, payment tracking, and delivery follow-up
  • Commercial coordination: Draft and send commercial emails and documents, track client interactions and support the Sales Manager in day-to-day activities
  • Marketing participation: Contribute to marketing actions in Luxembourg for the company’s BeLux entity, helping improve visibility and engagement

Your Profile:



  • First experience in sales administration, customer support, or a commercial coordination role
  • Familiar with CRM and ERP systems, ideally Business Central or Salesforce
  • Organized, proactive, and service-minded, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in French and English (any additional language is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and a desire to grow into a more client-facing or commercial position over time
